Can I have a sample order for led light?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Are you a factory or trade company?
We are a professional manufacturer that provides OEM/ODM services to our customers. Our factory is located in Guangdong, and you are welcome to visit us.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 5-7 days, mass production lead time around 10-14 days. It depends on order quantity and season.
Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. Mass production MOQ differs by product. Please confirm when making an enquiry.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
