The equipment is arranged in multiple layers and columns. Except for the top layer, each layer is equipped with an empty parking space as an exchange parking space. When a target parking space needs to be accessed, all parking spaces below and between the empty spaces move horizontally, creating a lift channel. After the platform is lowered to the ground, the vehicle can be accessed easily.
